Transparency You Can Trust

Powered by Skimmer software

Our technicians operate using Skimmer, a professional pool service software, to bring a higher level of consistency and transparency to your pool care.

After each visit, we log what was done, track your water chemistry, and keep a detailed service history for your pool. This allows us to stay on top of trends, catch potential issues early, and ensure your pool is always getting exactly what it needs.

It also gives you peace of mind knowing your pool is being cared for with precision, not guesswork.

The best part is you get a photo of your pristine pool after each service!

Going The Extra Mile

Langerlier Saturation Index

Many people don’t realize that just because pool water looks clear, doesn’t mean it’s properly balanced. That’s where the Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) comes in. In simple terms, LSI measures how your water interacts with your pool’s surface and equipment, not just how it looks.

Water can be either too aggressive (slowly eating away at your finish, tile, and metal components) or too scale forming (leaving behind calcium buildup that damages your pool’s finish and equipment). At Coastal Native, managing LSI isn’t an extra—it’s standard practice.

By keeping your pool within the proper LSI range, we make sure your water is working with your pool, not against it, helping to protect the finish, extend the life of your equipment, and prevent costly repairs down the line.
